Project Management

'Your (Cirrus) commitment and hard work not only helped to deliver this project on time, but also make it a complete success'

Software Development | Project Management

Once we have a clear understanding of our customer's desired project outcome, we agree on a phased delivery plan, where working software at each milestone is our measure of success.

We establish clear project deliverables together with an effective change request process to ensure the project is not damaged by 'scope creep'. We use phased deliveries as points to review the design and software usability and adjust the course where needed.

Visual and workflow prototyping
Simplifies the understanding of the design and demonstrates how the system will operate, look and feel. We find this invaluable in giving confidence to the customer in our ability to understand and translate their requirements. It also helps to determine changes early on in the project by enabling the customer to see how they might interact with the system, developing the first step towards End user adoption.

What is Visual Prototyping?
Visual prototyping is the practice of developing the interface and functionality of a software without all of the underlying code, so that the end users can get a better feel for the end result.

We use a combination of designed screen shots, video walk-throughs, and story-boards to indicate how the navigation and business logic will work in the final version of the software.
